NOTICE is given here-by of the 17th Annual General Meeting of Celtic Tri to be held at Ysgol Bae Baglan, Port Talbot on Saturday 25th March 2023 at 12:30pm to 2:30pm, to consider and if thought suitable pass resolutions as to the ordinary business of the Club relating to the committee, and accounts and statement and of any special resolutions.

  1. Opening of Meeting.

  2. Apologies for absence.

  3. Minutes of previous AGM (2022).

  4. To receive and approve Annual Reports.

  5. To receive the Treasurer’s Financial Statement for the year.

  6. Election of Officers

    To receive and consider nominations (to Secretary no less than 21 days before) for and the election of:

    1. Chairperson

    2. Deputy Chairperson

    3. Club Secretary

    4. Treasurer

    5. Events Officer

    6. Social & Fundraising Officer

7. AOB (prior notice required).

8. Closure of Meeting.

Nominations should be sent to Club Secretary – Jen Aylward no later than 21 days prior to AGM

Following the short AGM there will be time for members to give their views on the future development of the club and is your chance to help shape what we do in 2023 and beyond so please feel free to contribute your ideas.

  • Champion Systems will be attending and a chance to try on the full range of kit from them.
  • Club Coaches will be on hand to discuss your training needs.
  • We also have a “Bring and buy or swap” your unused/unwanted or pre-loved triathlon gear. 

All of this whilst enjoying a free cuppa and cake – now who ever said that AGM’s were boring!?
