Hi all,
Today we had confirmed the absolutely devastating news that Carl Cresswell, one of our club coaches and a great friend to many of the Celtic Tri family, passed away yesterday.
Carl was the epitome of a gentle giant, a man who always had time for anyone and was always ready to lend a helping hand and a word or two of good advice.
As a Welsh Triathlon and Welsh cycling qualified coach he gave up so much of his time to our junior section and his work alongside the other coaches over the past few years has contributed greatly to our success.
Our love and prayers go to his family, especially his children Harry and Niamh, both junior members of the club, as they come to terms with such a devastating loss.
As a club we will offer whatever support we can to anyone affected by this terrible tragedy.
