Please note that the House of Pain track session at Neath tomorrow, 6th July, will start at 6:30pm and not 7pm. This is so that those of you who would like to watch Wales in the football should be able to get home in time to watch kick off! Please be sure to be there by 6:15pm so that the session can start on time. The session will revert to its usual time of 7pm on 13th July 2016.

We are also very pleased to inform you that the club will shortly feature in an article in the Triathlon Plus magazine. A photographer from that magazine will be at the House of Pain track session on 13th July 2016. The training session will proceed as normal but there may be some “posed” photo requests as well as candid shots. It would be great to have as many members as possible in the photographs, so please come along and join in even if you don’t normally attend the session; you never know, you may enjoy it so much and keep coming back! Could we please ask that you wear club kit or club colours to that session. If you do not want to appear in the photographs, please let us know on the night so that we can inform the photographer and make sure your request is accommodated.
