We are holding a series of winter talks on the subject of Sports Nutrition for Endurance Athletes. These talks are being presented by Victoria Prendiville and are FREE for all members  of Celtic Tri to attend. Please follow the links to register your interest in attending the talks.

There willl be a demo on making the energy bars /drinks but will be offering samples so will need to identify any allergies / intolerances beforehand if possible

About the speaker.

Victoria qualified with a BSc Hons in Applied Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wales Institute in Cardiff in 2001 and has been practicing as a clinical Dietitian in the NHS for seventeen years. She now acts as a service lead for the Nutrition and Dietetic service leading a team of Dietitian’s across Hywel Dda University Health Board. 

Now qualified as a Sport and Exercise Performance Nutritionist, Victoria will be working with recreational up to elite level athletes. The SENR is a Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register – a quality mark for those qualified to a recognised level to work in nutrition and sport. To give you an idea – the register has many high profile performance sports performance nutritionists such as James Morten (Performance Nutritionist : Team Sky) Nigel Mitchell (Head of Nutrition British Cycling), Kevin Currell (University of Loughborough) Asker Jeukendrup (Performance Consultant)
