- Race briefing will be at 6:45am. It will be assumed all entrants are present, it will give you instructions regarding the race, race and road conditions and if there has been any enforced changes to the course overnight or our timings.
- Please be at pool side 15 mins before your start time, if anyone is late there is no guarantee you can be fitted in due to the tight schedule.
- No cycle helmet, no race. When you rack your bike in the morning your race number must be in place and you must produce your helmet
Afan College will be available to give post race massage, whilst this is a free service I would ask you make a voluntary contribution into their bucket all the proceeds go to their course fees.
